It is also undeniable that there is no shortcut to successfully improving your health long term. At the end of the day, better health comes by making good decisions about food and exercise. Our mission is to help you permanently TURN your health around by partnering you with a health coach who serves one purpose in your life…to hold you accountable to making good food choices and getting 15-20 minutes of exercise 3 days a week.

WHAT TO EXPECT

You will meet with your coach 3x per week for 90 days. The first 10 minutes of each visit will be your food journal review and discussing where better decisions can be made. The second part of your visit, 20 minutes, will be a very doable form of exercise. At the end of the 90 days we will weigh, measure and take a body composition and compare those measurements to day 1. If you are happy with the direction your health is going, you can continue for another 90 days.
